REFERRAL PROGRAM

Why is worth to participate?

The “Recommendation Bonus” program consists in recommending a specialist to us for a specific job offer. When we employ a person from your recommendation, you will receive money from us.

Remuneration

If we employ a person from your recommendation, you will receive a minimum of PLN 2,000 gross from us.

If the pre-selected position is unsuccessful, we will look for other options for the referred person for an additional 4 months.

How to participate?

Check out what to do step by step to get your referral bonus:

Browse our job offers.
Send the CV of the person recommended by you and consent to the processing of personal data to the following address: pomoc@mastercare.pl or via the application form on the website www.mastercare.pl.
The recommended person will be included in the recruitment process.
After 4 months from the employment of the referred person, you receive a salary.

See the most important rules

By submitting your candidacy to the recommendation, you agree to the conditions set out in the Regulations.

Recommending person:

Must be over 18 and live in Poland
Must not be a current Master Care employee or collaborator, or a member of his/her close family

The person (candidate) recommended by you is not eligible for the program if:

Is a former or current employee or associate of Master Care or a Master Care client
Participates in the current recruitment process conducted by Master Care or the end Client or was involved in another recruitment process within 1 year preceding her application

Did not know before submitting her candidacy for the Program about the fact of being recommended for a given position to Master Care or a Master Care Client
It does not meet the requirements of the offer for which it was recommended

Only one recommending person can recommend a given candidate. In the case of more than one application, the order of application is decisive.

Remuneration

Master Care will pay remuneration for the recommendation in the amount of PLN 2,000 to PLN 4,000 gross for each recommended person employed by Master Care after meeting the following conditions:

The Referred Person will confirm that they have been recommended by you
The Referred Person will complete 4 months of work at Master Care or his Client

You will be informed by Master Care about the award within 14 days from the date of fulfillment of the above conditions. The given referral bonus amounts are gross amounts and constitute income for the Recommending Person in accordance with the Personal Income Tax Act.

Procedure

To take part in the program, send information about the recommendation via e-mail support@mastercare.pl or the form on the website www.mastercare.pl

Provide your name and contact details (telephone number, e-mail address) and written consent to the processing of your personal data
Provide contact details of the Recommended Person (telephone number, e-mail address) and CV/Resume as well as written consent to the processing of personal data
Attach a written statement on the Recommending Person’s consent to share his/her personal data by the Recommending Person

End of the program

Master Care may terminate the Referral Program at any time, which will be announced on the Website, however, in the event of termination of the Program, all applications made before the announcement of its termination will be qualified for the Program.
