RECRUITMENT PROCESS

What are the stages of recruitment?

We focus on transparent communication, flexible approach and mutual feedback. At each stage, you will receive information from us regarding the recruitment progress. We do not have one interview script – we approach each Candidate individually.

1. Application

Are you interested in our job offer? Send us your CV and join our database of candidates. If your application meets the requirements stated in the advertisement, the recruiter will present you the process and invite you to the next stage of recruitment.

2. Interview with the recruiter

Together we will set a convenient date for the interview with the recruiter. During a 30 to 60-minute telephone or online conversation, you will receive information about a project, the client, responsibilities, working conditions and information on the next steps. We will talk about your expectations and verify the experience. If they prove to be in line with the requirements of the position, the recruiter will forward your candidacy to the Hiring Manager of the project.

3. Meeting with the Hiring Manager

At this stage, we will invite you for an interview with your potential direct supervisor. The meeting can take place online or stationary, depending on the company’s preferences. The Hiring Manager will explain all the details of cooperation, tell you about the specifics of the position, project, team and development opportunities. He will also get to know your experience and expectations. In the case of technical recruitment, you may also receive practical tasks to complete during the meeting.

4. Feedback

When your candidacy is positively assessed by the Hiring Manager and you are still interested in the offer, it remains for us to determine and confirm the final details and terms of cooperation. You can count on the support of our recruiters at every stage of recruitment, until the contract is signed. If your application is rejected – nothing is lost. Our team will offer you alternative designs.
